Enabling server-to-server notifications

Sign in with Apple server to server notifications allow you to receive important updates about your users and their accounts. Notifications are sent for each app group when users change mail forwarding preferences, delete their app account, or permanently delete their Apple Account. To receive notifications, configuration is required.

  1. In Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, click Identifiers in the sidebar, select your App ID from the list, scroll down and enable the Sign in with Apple service, then click Configure.

  2. Provide a server-to-server notification endpoint URL. Only one URL can be provided per each Sign in with Apple app grouping and key.

  3. Click Done to confirm your configuration.

  4. Click Save on the top right to record the changes to your App ID and Sign in with Apple configuration.

Notes

  • A server-to-server notification endpoint URL can only be registered on a primary App ID. The endpoint URL must be an absolute URI including the scheme, host, and path. Example: https://example.com/path/to/endpoint

  • TLS 1.2 is required to receive notifications at the specified endpoint.
